Can't say enough about these guys! I own rental properties and have worked with Nu Room for many years on about 15+ projects. They always do fantastic work, do what they say, on time, at the price they quoted. They do superior work at a fair price, leave the job site clean, and about as easy to work with as any I've ever known. They have mostly installed new metal roofs for me, but also carpentry work. But based on the skill-sets I've observed, I would feel confidant they could do anything with a high level of performance. I've learned in my 30+ years of hiring contractors, that when you find a competent crew at a fair price, stick with them. Usually attempting to find and hire a lessor expensive contractor (cheap) will cost you money in the end. You will not go wrong with Nu Room Construction!! read more

I contacted Glenn at Ga Roofmasters & he sent out John White who had been in the roofing business over 25 yrs. He pointed out that the roof was not properly done - the screws were screwed directly into the roof osb panels- no 1 x 4s on the osb. My house had metal corner panels to prevent wind updraft - the garage did not. The garage roof was very steep & there were high winds at times being we lived on a ridge. John redid the roof. From watching John I knew he had a good work ethic & knew what he was doing. I liked him & he did a very professional job. He had all the tools he needed. I was happy with the job he did & definitely would recommend Ga Roofmasters to anyone.

I have had to replace my floors twice, I have had up my septic dug up and reconfigured the pipes that were sticking in the mud and in the air. I have had the.pipes in the badement changed. I have incurred over $10,000 in expenses and my toilet is bubbling and dirty water has backed up into my shower again tonight. I asked Chris to stand by his product and he basically blew me off and hung up on me. He says I am past the 1 year warranty, but guess what it has never worked and he claims because he came out 1 time and claimed there were wipes in it, he has no liability. He is absurd and irresponsible. We only visited the house on weekends occasionally for 3 years and there was just me and my husband. The problems began in 2021 and they continue.
