A technician came to my home, inspected my roof, and provided an invoice stating that he had repaired wind-damaged shingles, installed kickout flashing on the chimney to help prevent water damage, and sealed exposed roofing hardware. About two months later, after a period of heavy rain, I discovered leaks in my attic. I contacted another roofing contractor for a second opinion. After inspecting the roof, he told me that the issue should have been identified during the original inspection and that he did not see evidence of the repairs that Red Roofing and Gutters had listed on their invoice. As a result, I had to hire another company and spend additional money to address a problem that I believed had already been resolved. Paying for work that appears not to have fixed the issue, and may not have been completed as represented, was extremely frustrating. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Red Roofing and Gutters and would not use their services again.

I sent a message out through Yelp and received a phone call immediately from a lovely woman named Jean at Reset Roofing asking what it is that I need to have done at my house. I told her that I have a downspout that needs to be cleaned out and a couple of nails that need to be replaced on my gutters as the wind almost tore them off my house. She asked for my name and address and told me she was able to schedule me for a free consultation and that they could be out this afternoon. I told her that was wonderful. She gave me the name of the gentleman that would be coming out to assess the project, and his name is James Connor. James Give me a call when he was on the way to my house... He was also about 45 minutes early, which was fabulous! I showed him what needed to be done and he pulled out his ladder and tools and went right to work saying "this is a very easy fix" and "I can do it right now for you". I stood outside and watched him fix my gutters, dismantle the one that was clogged, emptied out the sludge, and put it right back together within minutes.
