We attempted to attend an estate sale on Lynwood Ln, Worcester. They had covid protocol, you take a…read morecard and wait for your number to be called. We were a family of 7, the woman greeting us said we could go in together. She would let them know inside, to let us know when our group could enter. While we waited over 30 minutes, another woman we think working there yelled at a patron for how they parked. It was quite rude and uncomfortable. When our number was called we walked toward the door, and the employee yelled at us NO, NOT ALL THESE PEOPLE. We politely explained we were a family and were told we could enter together. He shouted I DONT CARE, NO. IMRUNNING THIS! So my husband said he'd wait with kids, didnt want to go in anymore. The guy yelled ...still No! It's covid rukes! I asked, well how many CAN go in? His response was rudely 'I don't know maybe 2? ' Other families entered together! So I calmly put my card down, and told him no thank you, he could have handled that in a much more professional way! Is this the way your employees are trained to speak to people?! It was extremely uncomfortable! What are your protocols for how many in a family can enter? You should share this information with your staff!

No purchase was made and nothing more said than hello and goodbye. Would certainly NOT hire them to handle a sale. If you do not trust your patrons; watch them. If you are too busy eating your lunch to watch them, DON'T photograph them without their permission. I have never stolen anything in my life. This is very odd behavior and not what I would look for when hiring someone to liquidate an estate. If you are insecure and triggered when patrons do not purchase, don't sell junk. They may want to get their heads examined.
