Barton & Company. The reason why I picked this antique store in particular was because last time when I was on this street, I saw this store and the visual display caught my attention. As much as I wanted to go in and to explore, I couldn't, because I had a hot large pizza to-go with me at the time. I couldn't pick of a better excuse to come out to Hudson then to wander in and know I could find something. The store was not overly dusty as far as vintage shops goes, everything was a visible and you don't feel like you're going to knock anything over if you want to touch or hold an item. I found this beautiful driftwood with a blown glass bowl which they could probably put anything in it and use as a center piece. Totally happy with the find! Overall Service: The guy in here was very helpful and pointed out several different items that he thought would make a perfect gift. I'm still in the process of settling into my new home and now have just the store to go to for eccentric pieces when I start decorating it.

The items are all in good condition and the prices are very fair. You can bargain with the owners as well and I didn't feel any pressure to walk out the door with a purchase. My fiance and I spotted an interesting bar table that we spoke to the owner about, she was happy to show us how it worked. I asked about the bargain basement which has since been let go due to the cost of the lease. I didn't purchase anything on my first visit but plan to check back periodically for furniture.

I don't know who kicked her cat, but her unpleasantries are forgiven because she keeps a very clean, interesting, approachable business going!) Hudson gem. While Natalie's is a bit smaller space, it doesn't lack for treasure troves of generous piles of vintage and fun jewelry and a stunning case showcasing unique local native indigenous woman's crafts - hair pins, necklaces, etc. all made locally and blessed with what we call "Wampanoag" (but that isn't their true tribal name) spirit. Come say HI to Natalie, and enjoy! Bring kids - vintage toys for them to choose from (just please keep an eye on them, the place is full of delicate glass and moving around is a bit tight).
