I had high hopes that I could get my wheels installed without incident but they couldn't pull it…read moreoff. I initially had them install some Fuel Rebel 6 wheels I had bought via Tire Rack and they told me I would have to buy new tire sensors. No big deal we did that and I left the shop. Just a few miles up the road the right rear sensor fails causing an error on my dash. I go back the next week and they relearn the sensor and I drove off again. Within a few minutes it failed again on the right rear. I go back immediately and asked them to change the sensor and reprogram it. Which they did. On my drive home it failed again. Same right rear. What really upset me was I could not reach them via phone or text. It appears they had blocked my number. Not sure but I called several times morning and evening and it went to voicemail. No answer on my text as well even though it says to text for a quick response. Since this is a new truck I was customizing I hated seeing the error so rather than taking it somewhere else I decided to buy the Autel TPMS 508WF online see what was going on. What I found was negligence or lack of detail on their part. The right rear sensor had an ID mismatch with trucks ECM, meaning a programming error at their shop. Not to mention they had a different GMC protocol on the wheel as well. What really upsets me was the lack of response and ignoring my calls. They charged me for these sensors and basically left them inoperable on my truck. That's very disappointing.

They took the time to explain all of the different options, quality, and types. Great staff, beautiful job, and one of the ONLY places willing to touch a Tesla in the area. While we were there we saw them working on another Tesla and applying a ceramic coating. The quality of the work was amazing, the car was shining and absolutely stunning. After discussing the benefits and different types we decided to get the 5 year ceramic coat done. They were easily able to schedule us for the following week. Dropped the car off in the morning and it was done by that evening. ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS! They were able to buff out some of the minor imperfections in the paint and made her shine like she was brand new! 100% recommend them, they were wonderful.
