The install team worked efficiently, were kind and cleaned up after themselves. LG Kramer really took the time to make sure everything went smoothly. Specifically, we had Janos in 2013 do oak hardwood floating floor installation in entire 2nd floor, approximately 1200 sq feet. He did a superb job at a reasonable price. He recommended and advised us on getting optimum oak flooring and underlay, installed the flooring with meticulous care, on time and on budget. Again in 2017 we had Janos install ceramic tile in two different houses. On both projects he again provided wise advice, helped us optimize our selection, then provided meticulous installation, including concrete foundation underfloor leveling to assure that the ceramic tile floor is smooth, level, and consistent. Finally, he also installed bamboo flooring with same excellent results. Highly recommended for his high quality craftsmanship, excellent work ethics and trustworthy-ness. He left me with planks that did not connect, left spaces and even used some compound to seal planks in place. At no time did he us a mallet to seal planks in place. There was no follow-up. I do not find any value in his work. I do not recommend NRF for any job.
