The guy working in there wasn't as friendly and when I went to pick the boots up, he had put a heel on them that didn't match the rest of the sole. It caused them to stand out so much I had to order some shoe sole dye to try and match it back up. They are functional now and they do look better now that the heels appear black on the sides. It just isn't the level of quality I was used to at Fitzgerald's. The guy that helped me in fall 2025 did an amazing job helping me with an issue I was having. Super nice and friendly.
