Once a week I come to do my laundry here. In local so only place besides going to cherokee or sylva for laundry. A lot of dryers and a few washer are not in service. Today the air conditioner was broken on the what I call the bottom side so everyone was washing and drying ok the top where most machines are down. Had to wait for dryers and if you were not there just in time you're clothes were pulled out of washers and just put in a cart to bed dried. Personally I like this place but if machines are constantly down. I would recommend going somewhere else. read more

Clean and cared for, kind staff, vending and clean bathroom, always had plenty of machines and I've been during some pretty busy hours. Do my laundry here weekly for months now, always happy! Love their happy plants too read more

This is a clean facility and the machines seem to be well taken care of. They are a bit on the pricey side, $4.50 a load to wash. But the water got really hot and the clothes were dried super fast. I like that you could buy small increments of dryer time. read more

I have been in Bryson City for 2 yrs now. This laundromat used to be my favorite place I'd always chat with the workers. But I will not come back after what happened today. I was there at 3:35 I put my blankets in, my detergent in and my money in and the girl working made me take them out, now I am stuck with wet blankets that are going to get things soaked and sour before I can find another laundromat tomorrow. I'm so upset and hate how downhill this place has went. Their employees used to be friendly and caring of their customers but there isn't that warmth they used to have just wasn't there anymore. The sign said last wash was an hr before closing. They closed at 5 I was there at 3:35 so I was there before last wash. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I drove quite a way to get to the laundromat right after work and arrived at 6:30 to be turned away. They told me that the last wash was at 7 and when I called earlier that day and they told me they closed at 10. I'm highly disappointed. read more

My husband and i are from out of town and was staying at Harrahs casino for the WSOP circuit event. We stayed almost 2 weeks and ended up running low on clean clothes so i had to find the nearest laundromat. This was the closest one that was still open. Several i found that was closer were closed down. Im glad i did find this one because it was one of the nicest laundromats ive been too. It was nice and clean. They had washers of any size and alot of washers and the same goes for dryers as well. I used the smaller sized washers and it was $2.50 a load of lightly soiled clothes with cold water and took 30 min a load. The price goes up for amount of soiled and the higher the temperature. It washed my clothes very good too. The dryers were huge and i could fit 2 loads in one dryer so that helped cut down on the cost. I paid .75 cents for 29 min of their hottest heat and it dried all of my clothes super quick so in all i only spent 1 hour and only spent $3.25 on two loads of laundry. The place was huge and had alot of seating and a tv going as well. Highly recommend if you are looking for a good clean laundromat. read more

The place is clean, the staff friendly and they have a drop off service that is very reasonable and allows you to go about your day leaving the laundry to someone else. We use them every time we visit Bryson City. read more

My girlfriend and I visited the laundromat on July 3, 2016 and arrived before they opened. David the owner let us in early so we could get started on our clothes, we already had our day planned with our families and had tons of clothes to wash. He was extremely kind and greeted us with a smile. The Laundromat itself was so clean, the machines were in great working order in addition there were large capacity size machines (which we needed) as well as standard machines. I have never seen such a clean place to wash our clothes other than our home. Thank you so much read more
