Parking in front is marked; along the side street (where Dollar General is located), it is not, though several cars can park legally within the yellow markings. I got the impression from the staff that there wasn't a lot of unexpected towing or ticketing in the area. The building itself is clearly historical, pleasant, and seems to meet community needs. There is at least one large meeting room (with a TV) available for use.
