The facility was absolutely filthy. There was no soap, paper towels or toilet paper several times and there are bullet holes in the windows.

Lots of washers and dryers. Very clean. Most of the machines were very well kept. Quarters only, no CC options to pay. There's a small lounge area with chairs, with a T.V. no WiFi. This is located just past the down town area of Madison. Inside was kept cool. There is a little parking lot up front and in the back. read more

I'm working locally for several weeks and my hotel doesn't have a decent laundry. Contacted Scrub Board about drop off wash and fold. They said no problem and I dropped it off early in the morning. I picked it up after work around 5:30 and all was good. Laundry was perfectly folded and smelled great. $1.29 lb. for wash and fold. I highly recommend. read more

I needed to do some light washing while traveling and ended up here. It's open 7-9 everyday (last wash at 9). It's clean and has parking. A few machines were being repaired but there are plenty of machines so it didn't matter. My clothes came out smelling fresh. The only real thing I can add is that it would be nice to be able to use credit card rather than only cash. read more

The good: The machines actually work. The facility itself is clean. It seems to be the only laundromat in town where you can count on the machines actually working. The signage makes it look quaint and cute if you like that sort of thing. The change machine also works really well and takes denominations up to $10 or $20. The bad: This laundromat closes at 9 pm, which makes it doubly frustrating that there was nobody on staff when I showed up around 5:30. This also meant that the facility had no accessible WiFi either. Also, the bathroom was locked. It could have been opened if a staff member were there. There is also no phone number listed on Apple Maps. The ugly: Not applicable unless you really hate old-timey laundry and laundromat themed signs used for decoration. read more

GOD! I hate laundromats. The time, the grimy atmosphere, the patrons - I leave feeling ironically dirty. Scrub Board had none of the above except for being time consuming. They do advertise drop and wash but I didn't see an attendant. There are a lot of modern, working machines as well as a bill changer that actually give change! There is plenty of counter space and bars for hanging clothes. The place is bright and sunny and clean. The patrons were nice and answered a bunch of my silly questions. I hate laundromats a little less thanks to Scrub Board. read more

This place is great! They have a nice clean atmosphere, with modern machines, plenty of parking, two computers with free internet use, a clean bathroom, and proper folding tables. Plus, the guy who was working there when I visited was real nice and friendly. I've never before been to a better laundromat! read more

I received many recommendations from previous customers of Fox, and out of all of the companies I had personally spoken to, Fox was the most competitively priced and was able to get my service scheduled the next day. They also were very accommodating when I ended up having a slight scheduling conflict and moved my appointment time a couple hours later, the same day. During the service appointment he was very friendly and knowledgeable, and gave me tips on keeping things working properly.
