She does not constantly talk throughout your session, which I prefer so I can focus on breathing and relaxing. However, she does check in with you to make sure the pressure is right for you. Nual is awesome. She's super sweet and can work out your knots like nobody's business. Her technique on me was a killer combo of longer movements, shorter and more isolated pressure and Thai massage stretches. Nice medium pressure that only had to be adjusted once (I came in with muscle soreness from a grueling workout). Nual used a good amount of lotion and hot towels. Nice linens and a heated, comfortable massage table with leg bolster. And no annoying facerest with a pokey seam. She even had snacks and bottled water. She was able to fit me in for a same day appointment. I slept wrong and had a terrible pain in my shoulder radiating up to my neck. I had stiffness and no flexibility and was miserable. I signed up for a deep tissue and asked her to focus on my shoulder. She was able to pinpoint the exact problem area and I walked out with considerably more flexibility and less pain. This was hands down the best massage I have ever received. I have paid much more for mediocre massages. Nual knows her stuff. She's tiny but powerful! I kept thinking we must have gone over the time limit because she was able to get so much in yet it seemed like she spent so long on each part. I asked for a deep tissue massage and after telling her where I hurt she worked on those areas and then asked if I would like stretching, she went into the traditional Thai massage and it was wonderful.
