One of the technicians put bleach in the other bridesmaid's hair and then left for lunch, burning the hair. She worked on it for 4 and a half hours, completely ruining it. One of the other bride-maids bought store-bought dye and was able to "fix" it for the ceremony. They also added colored hair extensions to the 3 little girls (flower girls) hair but they came out looking worse than when they went in. The money was refunded, but the hair was not fixed. None of these ladies will be going back, nor will they recommend the salon to anyone else.

I had a pressing engagement that required a haircut for that occasion. She was unavailable to see me to correct the problem. I had to contact a friend to see if he could fix me from looking like Shemp Howard from the Three Stooges, which he did. Cost me an additional $17.00 on top of the ridiculous $35.00 I originally paid. Nice lady, but does not pay any attention to what a customer wants, even when spelled out and includes illustrations. I'm pretty particular and used to travel 2.5 hours to my stylist I had in high school because I didn't want to try someone new. But, I took a chance and HOLY CRAP I am glad I did! Kayce is absolutely phenomenal! She happened to be the person who set me up with my tanning and I would see her almost every time I tanned. I asked her if she could do a certain color for me, and she took on the challenge right away. I have now gone to her 3 times and I am so thankful I was able to find someone I can trust with my hair, someone that listens to me, and is able to have fun and carry a conversation while doing my hair. I've met a couple of the other stylists as well, and you can't go wrong with any of them! It's a fantastic place with extremely reasonable prices for the area!

This trip I was home for my mother's funeral and they made sure to get me in. The stylist gave me a great trim and great advice for my winter fly away hair. The manicure was so relaxing and the manicurist really knew what colors complimented my skin tones. She also helped me pick the right color to go with my wardrobe for the weekend. And did I mention the amazing cappuccinos? The decor of the salon is beautiful. Rustic, natural and very comfortable.
