Like most places in Berlin, they refuse to give you free tap water, so you have to buy flat or sparkling mineral water. If you speak German sometimes you can get tap water, which is just perfectly fine, but they will tell you at most places it is awful and they won't give it to you. They did this here, too. Anyway, wasn't gonna fight about it. Back to the food. We had three entrees. We had a carbonara, and even if the picture looks slightly odd to you maybe, it was amazing and one of the best we've ever had in the world. My kid was in heaven. And they firmly state they don't make it with cream, as it's supposed to be made. Really killer! Also had the fettuccine con gamberi, which was also amazing. Was very happy with this authentic food, as well. Both these pasta dishes had truly decent sized portions and were reasonably priced. I got the lasagna, which was absolutely delicious. To die for. Only problem was my slice was like a baby portion.
