The beer on tap is Estrella Damm which I personally prefer to Mahou and certainly to Cruzcampo. The list of available gins is also fairly impressive for a Spanish pub, with Hendrick's, Mambas, and I think Citadelle joining the Bombay, Bombay Sapphire, Beefeater, and well gin. Unfortunately, they serve Pepsi's tonic water rather than something like Fever Tree. And they don't have any dry vermouth, so don't bother asking for a martini. But they do have several different versions of gin-tonic available, including one with vanilla extract and a vanilla stick in it and a cucumber-peel one (7 euros with one of the nicer gins). A nice place and worth a visit if you're looking for a good pub in Toledo!

We ordered drinks. I tried their sangria which was very good. We ordered two of their famous bombas. A potato fried on the outside and hollowed out and filled with spicy meat and potato. It was excellent. I called it a Spanish sloppy Joe! Once we finished those it was past seven so we ordered the grill pork ribs which were meaty and good. The prices were reasonable and our server was really hustling. By the time we left around 8pm there was a line formed waiting for a table. At that point the service did seem to be getting chaotic...
