She has squeezed me in a few times when I was terribly ill, because I try not to see any providers but her, and she knows I will probably not treat my illness if I can't see her since I feel like other doctors like to tell me my illness is just viral and send me on my way, where Dr. Biernat doesn't do that. When I decided to discontinue pellet treatments because I didn't see results, they made me feel ashamed to stop. When I recently called for help with a health condition, I was told because I hadn't been there in 12 months, she was no longer my doctor. Who goes to the doctor when they are well and aren't on any medications? My vet wants to see my dog every year, but if I don't go, they don't say I'm not your vet anymore. Shame on them!
