I only have love for the staff here- from the receptionists to the dental hygienists to my actual dentist! I understand how daunting dental exams can sometimes be but the quality of the experience here helps reduce any anxiety you may have. The space is clean and modern. I went on three occasions (in one week!) and each time the friendly dental hygienists thoroughly explained which tools were going to be used and for what purpose. My dentist Dr Desmarchais is first of all hilarious which is actually an inconvenience since it was uncomfortable to laugh with so many tools in my mouth. She explained which treatments I needed and how to maintain healthy dental hygiene. Spoiler alert: flossing is not optional. I've had bad experiences with other dentists where the work had to be redone and I used to always get food stuck in my teeth but I haven't had any issues since my appointment here. They use digital X-rays as well, which is apparently better than traditional X-rays. Since they're located dt, they come in at 7:30am to accommodate office workers who want to squeeze in an appointment before work. All in all, I highly recommend this clinic if you're looking for a new dentist!

I had a problem with this work recently and he took care of it efficiently and with a high level of quality. He's obviously a very knowledgeable doctor, but also a very kind and approachable person. He does not have a God complex even though physicians at his level someties have this problem. In fact I had a issue one week while he was on vacation and he actually called me back personally to arrange a meeting within the hour. I should also mention that the facilities are amazing. If only all healthcare rose to these standards!

Overall, Dr. Guertin handed me a bill for over $11,000 of unnecessary work that she wanted to do immediately. I never asked about this, I just wanted my crowns. 2) as far as crowns. Instead of making 2 crowns, she made a kind of bridge and sealed it with plastic. As result my crowns don't fit well, I can't clean (floss) them, and I finally I can't eat right and I have pain in my jaw. In summary, don't go to her and don't listen to anything she tells you, she just wants money and she doesn't care about your health.

I had a large amalgam filling changed out on April 1st and am pleased and relieved to report that he is the gentlest dentist that I've ever had. It took barely an hour to replace the filling and the entire procedure was painless. He was calm as he worked which helped me calm down, and his assistant was a Pro with the suction tube. Not once did I have to gargle and gasp to bring attention to rising "water levels". So now I have a fabulous new white tooth where the dull grey one was and I'm no longer self-conscious about smiling. Change is good, but not too much at one time so I love the fact that Dr. Seminara kept Dr. Dobby's old crew. Yay!

Every single visit, no matter what the circumstance or difficulty, was excellent and quite successful. I had my teeth cleaned to perfection after not having gone in 25 years (yes, I know!!). That was a challenge, but it came out beautifully. I had a root canal done, and several other major fixes. Not a single one caused problems afterward. The most urgent problems are being fixed first to save me money in the long run, which I appreciate. What stands out even more to me, though, is Dr. Margossian and her wonderful staff. They are very pleasant, each and every one of them. They know their field of expertise and work hand in hand. It is a light-hearted and very friendly atmosphere that eases your mind. You are not just a number in the contact list of patients. They will remember your name and story, take the time to explain and teach you. I walk out of the clinic (numbly) smiling every time and look forward to my next visit. That is something I would have never thought I would write about a dentist or any doctor. I went to Dr. Collins as a new resident of Montreal, and had no clue for what a great experience I was in for. I had previously gone to a dentist in Chicago and knew that I needed a crown on a tooth that had previously undergone a root canal. Dr. Collins is by far the best dentist I have ever gone to. He made sure to make me feel comfortable and was very aware of how anxious I was about the procedure. He talked to me about all my options, never pressured me and took the procedure at a slower pace that I could handle. His office is gorgeous, and has a panoramic view of Mt. Royal and the canal. It is located on the 9th floor of the Transat Tower which is across the street from Parc Jeanne Mance and Parc Mount Royal. What a view! Completely different than most dentist offices, which resemble dungeons more than anything else. He put on a movie for me to watch while he was doing the procedure, it definitely helped me take my mind off of everything and eased my anxiety. His assistant was super sweet and chatted with me before and after, making me feel comfortable and not worried. I'm sooooooo glad I somehow found Dr. Collins, he made the whole experience painless in every way.

To her surprise, the treatment recommended by her previous dentist was completely an inappropriate treatment for her situation and she would've spent thousands of dollars on something that was misdiagnosed!!! Thankfully Dr André Tam Ho properly reassessed her situation and prescribed a proper treatment plan. After hearing her experience, I was confident in making the switch. The dental office is located in a very accessible area as there are bus stops literally across the street from the office where the buses are very frequent. The office is very inviting and has a personal, branded touch. The staff is very professional and friendly. A very thorough patient intake form ensures they know all about you. They have the latest in technology where each one of my teeth were treated to a photoshoot! They have HD Xrays of your teeth to ensure there are no hidden issues. My hygienist, Christine, is very gentle and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend! Dr Ho is pleasant and reassuring. He's also very knowledgeable and has over 20 years of experience. In all, it was the most comprehensive dental experience I've ever had! Only after this experience I realized how little I was getting for my money in my other clinic.
