Overall, I had a really great experience. Taylor did an amazing job with my makeup--it photographed beautifully, lasted all day, and made me feel confident. She was kind, welcoming, and made the entire experience memorable. My photographer, Diamond, also went above and beyond. I had a unique situation during my session, and instead of giving up, she stayed patient, worked through every challenge, and made sure we got the shots we needed. I truly appreciated her dedication. My only concerns are with the studio itself. Since clients are fully nude during sessions, I expected the floors to be cleaned between appointments. I noticed visible footprints and fingerprints on the mirrored floor, and clients are expected to sit or pose on it. While the photos still turned out beautiful, improved sanitation between sessions would make clients feel much more comfortable. I also think offering more package options at different price points would allow more people to experience this kind of self-love and confidence. The quality is there, but the investment can be difficult for many people. Despite those concerns, I left with beautiful memories, amazing photos, and an experience I'll always remember. I saw a random ad on instagram and decided to check it out as a 35th birthday gift to myself. They offered drinks as I waited which was helpful, as I needed a bit more courage to get myself going! The shoot was really nice, aside from being completely naked, it wasn't weird, ha! The photos came out really nice and if I found a crazy special, I'd return. The only thing I wasn't crazy about was the price tag. Nowhere did I ever see a price list, and they offered a birthday special, but that total felt like highway robbery... not sure how they'd compare to other companies prices because I never shopped around. But I wasn't expecting to pay this much. But I guess it's helpful they work with affirm which will finance for you... but the interest is nuts. read more

I was really looking forward to this experience and decided to do something special and out of the norm for my upcoming 65th birthday. The two employees, Teunna and AK, were absolutely amazing. Everyone I interacted with was kind, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable.However, my only problem -- and a major concern -- was the cleanliness of the room where my shoot took place. The room had not been properly cleaned or sanitized before my session. AK did take a Swiffer and removed some of the hair from the floor, which I appreciated, but that should not have been necessary in the first place.Had I known the room would not be cleaned after each shoot, I would have canceled. No one should be asked to lay unclothed in a space that was just used by another person. The thought of that truly repulsed me, and it took away from what should have been a special experience. read more

Part 1 of 2 - Avoid renting from PVM Properties! If the communication is this poor from the start, I can only imagine how it will be once you sign a lease to rent one of their properties. At 9:22 am, on Monday, July 27th, I received an email notifying me that one of my scheduled walkthroughs was canceled. I replied to the property manager at 9:32 am but didn't get a response until I texted the number 254-717-9404, only to be told, "Please text 660-209-0112 with any questions you have." Since 254-717-9404 was the contact number for the property management company, I pondered "why couldn't she just answer my question about the other showing at 3040 Beauford Robinson, TX 76706 Mon 07/27/2026 at 11:45 am. It wasn't until I texted the other number at 9:40am that I found out the other unit had been rented 3013 Beauford Robinson, TX 76706 Mon 07/27/2026. Vickie confirmed that the showing was still scheduled for 11:45 am. I arrived 20 minutes early since I was in the area. When 11:45 am arrived, I texted, "Should we meet you outside the door or inside?" I received no reply, leaving me uncertain if she was already inside. I wanted to give her a heads-up if she wasn't on her way. Unfortunately, she was 10 minutes late and didn't apologize, showing a clear disregard for anyone's time. She sat in her car for a few minutes, parked halfway into the driveway. When Vickie finally emerged, her energy felt off, as if she was uncomfortable around people with darker skin tones, waiting by her car with an uneasy expression. It seemed like she didn't want to be there or had preconceived notions about renting to me or us living in that community. I greeted her in an attempt to ease the tension by asking, "Hi, are you Vickie?" She grimaced and replied, "Yes." As Vickie walked towards us on the sidewalk, she nearly hit shoulder on the brick while trying to keep her distance from my son (11 years old) and I. Upon entering the property, we noticed it was covered in cobwebs and spider nests, suggesting it may have been vacant for some time. Vickie mentioned, just as we passed the door way, "There is no electricity." This information should have been shared before the showing. This, along with other details, made this experience different and could be why this unit is still vacate; I don't recall ever viewing a home, condo, or apartment without lights. Her energy was definitely off throughout the viewing as she lingered outside the door as we viewed the home. While we examined the backyard from inside, I noticed it looked like it had never been maintained, with more cobwebs and spider nests all over the patio. I asked whose responsibility it was to maintain the backyard, as there were numerous weeds over 3 feet tall. Vickie remarked that, "the previous people were stupid" for not cutting it, but its your responsibility! I found it unprofessional for her to talk about the previous tenants in that manner. When I inquired about the maintenance, she made it clear that it was my responsibility, as if I had already signed the lease. I asked if a tenant could be fined for that, and the property manager, Vickie, replied, "you could be fined for that!" Hearing that I was responsible or could face a fine felt microaggressive and difficult to overlook. Nevertheless, I maintain professionalism and chose not to respond to ignorance with composure. When I asked Vickie when the unit was last rented, she hesitated and, with an attitude, said it was not long ago, without providing a specific timeframe. I explained to Vickie that my inquiry stemmed from the abundance of cobwebs and spider nests and unkept yard. I also asked if she had ever encountered pest issues from previous tenants, to which she frustrately responded, "I don't live here." I acknowledged that but mentioned that the unit's darkness necessitated my questions, as some issues might not be visible to the eye. I then asked Vickie about their process after a potential renter views the property. She stated that she would send me the link to apply. As my son and I were leaving the home, I asked if I could pose a few questions. Vickie responded aggressively, questioning what my questions would be about as if questions unrelated to the property had been asked. I assumed it was obvious that my inquiries pertained to the home we had just viewed, so I clarified that they were indeed about the property. I asked her at least five questions, but she dismissed them by telling me to visit the website and stating that she didn't live there. I mentioned to Vickie that, as the property manager, I thought she would have standard answers regarding the community. Instead of addressing my questions about the property, she redirected the conversation to determine if I qualified for the unit by asking about my budget and the income from my current residence in relation to the community's price point. read more

When I arrived, everyone was warm and friendly. They made me feel welcome and comfortable, which I appreciated. Honestly, that friendliness also made it harder to say "no" later -- and I think that's part of their sales strategy. The day started with hair and makeup, and that's where things began to slip. My makeup was not what I expected for a high-end shoot -- uneven and far from the polished, professional look they advertise. I had to point it out and wait for it to be fixed, which already put a damper on the excitement. The hair was simply curled without even using a heat-protectant spray. By the end, it felt dry and burned -- something no professional stylist should allow. The shoot itself was fun. The photographer was kind, gave good direction, and made me feel at ease in front of the camera. I left that part feeling confident and thinking maybe the rocky start was worth it. Then came the sales pitch. Packages started at $3,000+, a price point that had never been clearly explained beforehand. The "free picture" was more of a hook to get you in the door. I was shown my photos and, surrounded by their friendly team, I felt immense pressure to buy a package on the spot. Even though I loved the idea of keeping the images, I couldn't justify spending thousands that day. Afterward, I tried to work out an alternative, but communication became slow and vague. There was no straightforward solution -- just delays and back-and-forth that left me feeling more frustrated than valued as a client. I went to Nuovo Dallas this weekend and had an AMAZING experience. Communication between me and my booking agent Kenza was superb, in fact I had to reschedule TWICE due to family matters and there was no problem at all. I found a promotion on a social media platform for the sitting fee - looked at their website, asked about ownership of images (any you purchase whether digital or otherwise you own completely and they cannot use without consent). Mind you I have never done anything like this... I am very modest in real life lol, so I booked the promo for hair and makeup as well, traveled from Austin to Dallas, and it was very worth it. Hair and make up - on point. Vibe? On point. I showed up in kicks, a flannel and tank top, and left feeling so beautiful and so excited for my images. Yes, it is expensive, so be aware. But for the experience, especially as a first timer with this type of shoot - I would totally recommend. There was no pressure for nudity - it was to my comfort level. Period. So ask your booking agent! Ask those questions! You're the client. When I got to the end and was able to see and choose my images and package it was a little overwhelming but we found what worked for me which was digital only and I financed. No interest if paid in 4 months or less but either way we made it doable. Shop around. Be informed. If this is not the place for you bc of price don't go bc it will be overwhelming but if you want a GREAT experience and can stretch the wallet a little you will not be disappointed. In my opinion. Extremely disappointed with this company. The lack of communication and painfully slow response times make them a complete waste of time, effort, and money. If you're a busy working adult who values your schedule, this is exactly the type of company to avoid. I went to great lengths to prepare for my photoshoot, spending over $300 on hair and $200 on makeup, only to show up 20 minutes early for my scheduled appointment. I then sat in the lobby for 45 minutes before finally being informed that my photoshoot had been canceled. I even received a text about the cancellation while I was still sitting there waiting. This was after trying to reach my consultant Emma the entire day with no response at all. Instead of a simple confirmation or clarification, I was left completely in the dark. To put in that much effort and money, show up fully ready, and then be told I'd need to reschedule was infuriating and incredibly unprofessional. Absolutely not worth the hassle. Definitely would NOT recommend this company to any woman!! All they care about is their scheduling and agenda and making their money, also very unprofessional! (but what can I expect from a company that just wants to make a big sale by offering a free session for photos!) Definitely was not a no-show, was 15 mins late!! If they knew the locations was hard to find, Wish they would've given more explicit instructions on finding the building. Instead of having them ready on hand when someone calls about having difficulty finding the building. And definitely Couldn't find the building but it's not their fault, I was late!! And tho I understand their schedule & maintaining a schedule, I also would never want to run over anybody's else's time. The company still could've accommodated me within the 3 hour window they have with me, especially since the photo shoot was only 30 mins!!!!! Could've gone in for the viewing and would've ordered a package which I intended to, at anytime or other day and saved time. But they MUST have almost 2 hours with you to sell there Highly expensive packages and sell you on ordering lots of different shots/ poses and individual pictures and on their payment plans which is the most important part for them! read more

the price stated for your session is total lie. I asked multiple times if there were any other fees or additional charges after booking and was told over and over "no this price includes one picture and if you want to buy more they are additional costs" i was expecting $500 at the most for additional pictures. I was never they only sell packages and the cheapest one is a little over $3,200... on top of that they refuse to let you go home and think over the price as they say "we do not own the rights to your pictures so they get deleted immediately if not purchased" which is a total lie. They are super pushy with their financing options only want your money. additionally, while booking they were so nice and asked if i would like rose or champagne etc... got there, sat in the waiting room for 20 minutes with no one speaking to me. finally got seated in the makeup chair and had to ask after my hair was done if i could have a glass of wine. The pictures came out great but absolutely not worth the price or experience. read more
