We deal with the downtown office and they are terrible about returning calls. Terrible. They take my money without hesitation for visits but then I have a very difficult time finding out what they saw and recommend or even a heads up as to when they're going to be there so I can meet them there. They charge me $350 per visit and don't take my United Healthcare. I do not recommend these folks and suggest you stay away and find somebody else that is more customer friendly

What a disaster it has been dealing with this company. Advanced Senior Care Home Health is…read moreadministered by One Point Health Services. Their representative company was a complete failure in providing in-home therapy for my wife who has recently undergone a full knee replacement. After her release from the hospital, my wife was given a file containing programs and daily logs in a fancy folio. That was the end of that. Her physician and the hospital's therapy explained the critical need for in-home therapy and the importance of it beginning within day of her release. She was released, Advanced Senior was notified and days passed without so much as call or a return phone call from this group. Eventually, we needed a RNP (Registered Nurse Practitioner) calling and speaking to someone who was reluctantly able to get an "in-take" employee to come and start the process of in-home therapy. She was pleasant and took the needed information. After another long delay of no contact, the RNP again phoned and vocally demanded that someone get to our home and begin the therapy. Finally, a Supervisor did appear the next day. He was pleasant, took her information, provided information as to her therapy program, showed my wife four exercises to perform on her own as she waited for her therapist to arrive and begin the weeks of required and anticipated therapy. NOTHING HAPPENED AFTER HIS VISIT: No return phone calls, no initiating phone calls from One or Advanced Senior Care. NOTHING. After two weeks of trying to get a response from the companies listed above, we gave up. We informed the hospital and my wife's attending surgeon of the total failure of the so-called health services provider. He was disgusted. We did, on one phone call to Advanced Senior Care, receive a terse response to the total lack of support by having their receptionist state that, "Well, all the hospitals know there is a lack of therapists, so they won't be surprise by the lack of follow-through." It has now been nearly three weeks with no assistance from either company and my wife will begin having to be transported to a location to receive her very much over-due physical therapy. Bottom-line: Buyer beware. Advice: Stay away....far away, from Advanced Senior Care Home Health. I would also be suspicious of any of the therapy companies under the One Point Health Services umbrella.

Visiting Angels was reached last weekend via Tina to set up an appointment for Shannon to visit this morning. No one showed up, and multiple calls went unanswered to find out why. We were advised they didn't have the care plan needs in hand (it was already sent) or the telephone number for where our parents are residing (it was already sent). Shannon - who finally called back 90 minutes after she had been scheduled to be at their front door - was unhelpful and rude, insisting the difficulty was our fault and not theirs. Highly recommend you seek a different provider. Taking care of our elders is a difficult - and sometimes heartbreaking - task, but the level of caregivers can make the difference between frustration and neglect or a warm and comforting environment for them. Choose wisely in your consideration of which agency to hire. Happy holidays to you and your loved ones.

All the companies we contacted would not cross city boundaries. Denise went out of her way to make this work so I could go on Vacation. She quickly made the arrangements and kept me updated throughout the process. There was a small additional fee due to the same day request but it was minimal and I was grateful they could accom odate us with such short notice. Antonio the driver and his associate were helpful and courteous and helped my dad get in and out of the vehicle and escort him to his room. They truly helped us out and took great care of my dad - will definitely use them again. : )

Dover chose to ignore me and disregard information that was important in determining the next steps for my mom. Today, she's living six states away, in a run down apartment complex with no help .. instead of .. living in her beautiful home, having coffee in the morning with her favorite hummingbirds. Thanks Dover, I will forever hold these awful feelings towards you and the memories of how my mom left this world confused & unhappy.
