I started coming due to posture issues and back pain. My initial exam we discovered a lot of small things that need to be adjusted to become better. I started coming every week for my adjustments after that and I saw a difference almost instantly. My overall wellness and energy just felt better. I didn't have the back pain that I experienced everyday. They completely changed my life! After my first six months and first year I got another exam and the pictures (showed below) of the difference was crazy! My posture was improved and the range of motion improved in my neck! I go every two weeks now to keep up with the progress we have made and it just keeps getting better! They give you tips and tricks that will help you in between appointments. Along with supplements that could benefit you overall. They truly care about your health and wellness! I cannot thank them enough!

This…read moredoctor furthermore was condescending toward me as the patient and focused her attention upon my support system. I was additionally led to believe that the practice focuses on the nervous system as Chiropractors. My diagnosis from Dr. Blackwell of Cleveland Clinic provided a diagnoses of Piriformis Syndrome (rightG57.01) - Acute Right side. Prior to the second visit I was led to believe there would be an adjustment within this office, that did not occur as I was referred to another Chiropractor that "she does a lot of business with" and I have a witness. She was additionally pushing for an MRI for self pay that I would have to sign up for. These remarks of an MRI were disturbing as I do not have health insurance until July. I, again brought my support system, whom is my partner/boyfriend to this second appointment today 06/09/2026. I was disrespected as she directed much of her attention and explanations to him rather than to me. Her actions were inappropriate, as I expected information regarding MY health treatment to be communicated DIRECTLY to me. This experience left me unheard, disregarded and fully dissatisfied with the care I received. While I understand I signed an ROI, that not does mean that the doctor should direct all of the care, while face-to-face, with the concerned patient, treatment as well as further follow up to my partner/boyfriend as I am very well equipped, intellectually to comprehend the diagnoses. With all of the above being stated, this entire experience was absolutely insulting, full of disappointment and a hinder toward encouraging positive healing, health and well-being.

This location is a joke. Maybe there are some good doctors but based on the way my mother was / is…read moretreated its hard to tell. My mom has two doctors at this location , a general care and a cardiologist. She has been a patient for years. A couple months back my mom thought she had a sinus infection. She called her GP and asked if they could phone in an antibiotic. No can do since they "have to see you". She went in and never saw a doctor but a PA or nurse working the office. Her head did not clear up and a week later she went to urgent care and a person there discovered her right ear was completely plugged / impacted with wax. Seems pretty basic when she went to the Cleveland Clinic and told them she thought she had a sinus infection that someone would look in her ears. She needs to see a real doctor to have it removed. The cardiology department in not any better. My mom was recently in a local hospital and had heart cath. done. She has some blocked arteries. I called her clinic cardiologist to give them a heads up about her admission , testing and results. After that her GP doctor called multiple times the next day wanting her to come in the office for a follow up. She was just treated and released so what is an office visit going to do for her from a GP or PA when her issue is her heart ? I have called her cardiologist another couple times to let them know her Cath results were going to be uploaded to their site and we wanted a surgical opinion what if any options are available. I have never received a single call from anyone following my messaging. Today I called her cardiologist office to inquire if they reviewed her Cath results for any surgical options. When you call you can not call the doctors office directly. It goes to a call center then they decide where it goes. On average if you call its 30 minutes to over an hour wait time. Today someone answered then transferred me to the downtown clinic campus. After waiting 10 minutes a woman answered and I asked for my moms cardiologist. Her reply was " You called the wrong location". No , I called the right number but someone sent my call to the wrong location. Waited a while and a woman picked up from the Lorain location. I asked her if anyone knew if my moms test results were received and reviewed. She put me on hold then came back and said she thought they had them but my mom needed to come in to review them. I explained to her its a waste of time to come in unless someone has actually reviewed the Cath and can answer if there are any surgical options. She basically blew me off and said it would be explained at an office visit. I asked again if she can tell me if its been reviewed as in its a yes or no answer. She said " you are yelling at me and if you raise your voice I will end this call". My reply was I am on speaker phone next to my 92 year old mom so she can hear and I have not come close to yelling at you yet. I asked the question again and she gave me a snippy repeat answer. I ended the call and told my mom that I think they have your test data but no one has or is looking at it. Left her house and on the way home got a call from her cardiologist office. Guy was nice and I told him I have about had it with the two doctors my mom uses and I did not appreciate the snippy call I just had with someone a few minutes ago. He did tell me no one reviewed my moms Cath info but he would "leave the doctor a note". Thanked him and hung up. Got another call from the same office a few minutes after I hung up asking if my mom wanted to come in tomorrow. I asked did some surgeon or review board look at my moms Cath info ? The answer was no so again I asked what good is an office visit when it tells the patient nothing. Ended that call. Pretty sure the Lorain Cleveland Clinic's only goal is keeping a flow of people coming in. If you call them expect a 30 ~60 minute wait time and you will not be speaking to a doctor. When you do go for an office visit you will likely see a nurse or PA. My mom complained before about trying to call in and she was spot on. Lowes & Home Depot answer their phones and its nothing life threatening. Lorain Cleveland Clinic has also consistently screwed up my moms meds by not calling them in or quantity wrong , consistently. My dad had heart surgery when Toby Cosgrove was a surgeon and later CEO. It was a great organization then. Today its all about $$$ and the "Patients first" commercials are / were a bad joke. I would not take my dog to the Lorain Cleveland Clinic. I would give it zero stars if possible.
