I have been a patient at Options for 2-3 years now. I am writing this now because I saw their yelp page pop up when I was googling their website so that I could place an order and was surprised that they have these bad reviews and not many others as I am sure that things have changed in a great way since these reviews were written many years ago. I have had nothing but a great experience with Dr Erin and her team. I am a cancer patient and have had great results with my blood work from following Dr Erin's suggestions and I do believe she really knows her medicine. I believe that this business has evolved tremendously since these older reviews were posted and that these doctors really care about their patients. They are not just in the "supplement' business and are one of the few Naturopathic offices that focus on the individual through thorough testing and not just a blanket solution one size fits all. 5 stars from me all around. read more

Dr Erin is largely responsible for helping me heal my kids. My kids were quite sick, they had been on prophylactic antibiotics as babies, suffered from chronic asthma, allergies, strep throat, ear infections etc... At age 3, my now 19 yr old was on 5 different medications - and she was still sick. With Dr Erin's guidance and belief in what she knows to be true, she helped me get them off all the pills. I think Dr. Erin knows her medicine, but I thought her office manners were atrocious! During my first visit she left her phone in the bathroom and it was stolen. Instead of trying to reschedule me, she was doing my appointment while calling the police, when they came she filled out the police report and kept talking about her phone. She also forgot my adrenal test kit when I left. On the next visit she was inflexible in my treatment and it seemed to me she was only interested in doing it her way. I was very sick and didn't want to go to anyone else, but I had no choice, but to leave. Caution: I also think Dr. Erin sold me way to many supplements, so be careful of that! read more

I purchased some supplements online from this business and never received them. When I purchased the product, I never received a confirmatory email from the vendor even though they claimed to "automatically" send one. When I hadn't received the product in 5 weeks I emailed and they emailed me back to say that the product had been delivered and gave me a tracking number of a shipper that was not specified. So I called only to find out that they sent the product by USPS and that they had supplied me with the tracking number. They claimed because they had provided this - that they had done their job even though I never received the product. So I was out the $45. They made no apologies, they made no effort to give me information about the tracking at the time of shipment or to be responsive to my concern that I had not received their product. I will never purchase merchandise from this company again - their customer service is terrible and they couldn't care less when their products don't arrive. So buyer beware. read more
