No results... I checked the expiration date on the meds from rite aid and they are 4 months expired! Went round and round with the pharmacy and then went to the doctors office. They immediately forced me outside because of COVID-19. I showed Cassy the expired meds and she sent me home and said she'd call me in a few minutes. I waited 3 hours, no call. I called her back and she told me to take the Plaxcovid back to exchange it. I went back to rite aid and the refused to exchange it to an active medication. The secondary worker yelled across the pharmacy and said that Cassy told her not to exchange or replace the meds. As soon as I obtain a new physician, I will terminate this office for lack of competency! So, at this point I am very ill and cannot move, eat or take care of my well being. This is incompetence at it's best! DOCTORS ARE NOT GODS! Now my meds are completely effed up and their refusal to help and actually work against me draws the line. WHY? As I said, when I obtain a new physician, Southern Coos is terminated. I'd also like to mention that they do have a patient portal which they do not know how to operate. I've sent several messages with no replies. I ask Cassy about this and she confirmed to me that they didn't know how to operate it! WTF

I met Wendy when she was marketing herself around town and she came into my gym. We were both new…read moreto Mill Valley and we traded out services. I happened to be recovering from a rotator cuff surgery. I was in a motorcycle crash that resulted in a complete tear of my subscapularis. I had finished my PT, but I was suffering from a really bad AC joint impingement and I was faced with possibly having to get a second surgery. Wendy was able to figure out that the impingement was due to muscles in my shoulder being shut down, due to the trauma of the accident and the surgery. She is very skilled in applied kinesiology and thoroughly tested every individual muscle in my shoulder joint and rotator cuff and made the right adjustments and worked the right trigger points to get them all working. Over the course of a few weeks my shoulder began functioning properly and the impingement and pain is now gone. Wendy really knows what she's doing. Thanks to her treatment I managed to avoid a second surgery and my shoulder is on track to a full recovery.
