Friday, 9/30/2022 Review # 412…read more I'm "Back" here on Yelp with another helpful health review! This Health Facility lives up to it's name called Performance Health! I am currently a monthly patient going on 4 years in 2023. I am always very pleased and relieved after my office adjustments within hours and especially the day after to continue and enjoy my lifestyle. The Chiropractors here are Dr. Kevin Caron and Dr. Raymond Shin who have helped Me along with many patients in surrounding communities with their chiropractic care to improve their health and well being in different ways. They are professional, knowledgeable, and care deeply to My current health issues such as neck tightness plus low back pain due to degenerative bones. When I arrive for My morning appointment for an adjustment, Dr. Kevin listens to Me first as we discuss my underlying discomfort or pain. I can say that it's from my daily routine or chores that may cause my imbalance plus a family gene called OA or bone loss causing foot and knee joint pain. Dr. Kevin has many years of training, expertise, with safe, comfortable and advanced techniques. Instead of rough manual technique adjustments he will use a computerized adjusting machine called Pulstar, which uses light force to correct spinal and neck subluxations. Other health services include Lumbar and Cervical Traction, Decompression, Cold Laser Therapy, Athletic Programs and Sports Therapy plus yearly Spinal & Postural Screenings. I have also seen Darla the Massage Therapist who works in this office by appointment only with half hour or hour sessions. She has helped Me with My tight muscles back when I was a Shipt Shopper with delivering groceries during COVID. This office targets back pain, neck pain, headaches, sport muscle and tissue pain caused my injury that are being used improperly. He has shown Me corrective exercises and stretching to help with my low back and neck pain. Chiropractic care offers and helps many health conditions not just back pain. I have seen patients visit when I am waiting my turn from toddlers, children, athletes and senior citizens in need for better mobility or to help with allergies, asthma, even carpal tunnel and recovering from auto accidents plus rehabilitation from personal injuries. In conclusion, I believe in a positive foundation for My total health with relief care, corrective care and wellness care which I feel after my chiropractic adjustments with Dr. Kevin Caron at Performance Health. I have consistently great service. Scheduling is great and their rates for service are reasonable. I am writing this review to accurately document how my appointment was handled…read more I purchased a 90 minute couples package through Groupon as something special for my boyfriend and me. Scheduling was difficult from the start due to strict time limitations. There was no evening flexibility, very limited weekday availability, and Saturdays were booked months out. None of these restrictions are disclosed on Groupon. This morning, I received a call from Miss Gone stating that my appointment had been canceled because they could not accommodate me. No clear explanation was given at that time. I said okay and ended the call. After thinking about it, I called back to ask why my appointment was canceled after weeks of trying to make scheduling work, coordinating across states, and adjusting plans around their restrictions. During that call, Miss Gone explained that after speaking with her staff, the appointment was canceled because it was believed that I was going to leave a bad review. I want to be very clear. I did not say I was going to leave a bad review. I stated that limited scheduling availability and lack of transparency can lead to bad reviews, especially for working professionals and couples. That was constructive feedback about the scheduling process. Miss Gone confirmed that the appointment was canceled because they did not want to receive a bad review. I have never experienced a business canceling an appointment based on the assumption that a client might leave negative feedback. There was no attempt to clarify my concern or resolve the issue. The appointment was simply canceled. When I explained that others were asking why the appointment was canceled, I was again told it was due to concern over a potential bad review related to scheduling. Canceling clients for expressing honest concerns is unprofessional and discourages transparency. If this practice only accommodates people with very open weekday schedules, that should be clearly stated upfront before selling time sensitive Groupon services. If anyone doubts this experience, I encourage them to try scheduling a Saturday appointment or an after work weekday appointment for a couple. Availability is booked months out with very limited flexibility. Based on how this was handled, I would not recommend this business to working professionals or couples.IF I CAN GIVE A ZERO I WOULD..

This is truly a one stop shop as you have access to physical therapy, chiropractic care, and recovery care all in the same place. I am a former college athlete with multiple knee injuries and surgeries who is trying to stay active as I get older while dealing with some chronic knee pain and cartilage damage. Dr. Jim was able to put me through a full assessment and specifically design a custom made plan based on my goals of continuing to do the things I love which include snowboarding, hiking, golf, CrossFit and playing recreational sports. They've been a huge part of helping me manage my lower back pain, and I always leave feeling better than when I walked in. Dr. Snider is knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about his patients. He takes the time to listen to my concerns and provides treatments that have made a real difference in keeping my back pain under control over the years. I also highly recommend Sam, one of the massage therapists. Sam does an excellent job of targeting the areas that need attention and always helps relieve the muscle tension that contributes to my lower back pain. The massages are both therapeutic and relaxing, and they've become an important part of my treatment plan. The staff is always friendly, appointments run smoothly, and the office is clean and welcoming.
