About 3 weeks ago I ordered services with them and unbeknownst to me, my debit card didn't go through. So when my trash wasn't getting picked up, I called and complained about it. Instead of explaining that my card didn't go through, the secretary proceeds to tell me a story that the driver swears he picked it up. When I ask her if they can pick the trash up on my normal day on Thursday and again on Friday since they didn't get it the previous week, she got a very nasty tone and told me that they'll pick it up the next day and I'll never have to deal with the SOB again. And then she hung up. I was very calm and polite the while time. When I called back, a gentleman answered and finally explained to me that my card didn't go through and THAT'S why my trash didn't get picked up. I told him I'll look through my statements to check my transactions and I'll call him back. After realizing I didn't pay for the service, I called back and the secretary picked up the phone and hung up not once, but 3 times. Then the next couple of times, it went to voicemail. I called back with my roommates phone and she answers right away. I ask to speak to the gentleman I spoke with a few minutes ago and she tells me he stepped outside and asked if I wanted to hold for a minute. After about 15 seconds, while I'm waiting, she hangs up on me. So I'm still waiting to resolve this matter. Apparently the secretary has absolutely no problem solving, people, nor customer service skills.
