Always wondered about it but couldnt see it clear as day until now. So i went to waterworks and decided I would try the old school 'spray it yourself' bay. I went with the $8 option first, just to make sure I didnt run out of time. That seemed to me to be the common sense way of doing it and then i could back it down next time if that was too much. Turns out, this wash has the multicolor foam, presoak, wax and rinse and the 8$ option is more than enough time to do it all and then a good rinse, even with doing your floor mats which you can hang up on the wall. The tire cleaner is like nothing i have ever seen. Leaves your tires and wheels so clean without that gaudy armorall shine some people do. No spots at all when done. I am sold on this option, no more grease marks! Looking to see if there is a subscrition I can get for here.

Dozens upon dozens of trash bags have been hauled in my car as well as dirty cardboard boxes and dusty heirlooms. Additionally I have had my two dogs in the car, quite a bit, as well. There fur is short, dance, and slightly coarse. In other words, it's sticks to everything. EVERYTHING. Not to mention, it is the middle of winter, so therefore the interior is dirty from ice salt and melted snow grime. While the interior of my car did not look like something from a mad Max movie, it was pretty close. However, after Steve returned it to me it sparkled. Literally, it looked better than the day I drove it off the car dealership, brand new. He was an excellent communicator, letting me know when he was leaving his shop, letting me know when he got to my office, letting me know when he was on his way back. From start to finish, this was a great experience and I would highly recommend his services to anyone looking to have the interior of the car detailed. He also washed the car before he returned it, even though I only paid to have the interior detailed. That was awesome.

So I drive south and made some phone calls to other car wash's located in my TOM TOM...no one is answering!!! WOW!! Detroit answers the phones!! I thought to myself: What is wrong with this area? Does anybody take pride in having an outlet for swift and efficient business communication!? Customer Service? So anyway then I called this place! Awesome customer service. Happy to answer the phones. Very informative and clear spoken. I couldn't get there fast enough to give this great business some of my hard earned money! The workers here acted just like us CAR GUYS do in Detroit: They cared about the end result. Followed instructions over the loud speaker which was pull forward, then stop…read more Soap was sprayed on my car for about 30 seconds and then it stopped and the loudspeaker said to pull forward. I had soap on my car! Pulled around to the front and called the number. I explained what had happened and he said it was because I pulled in off center. I replied "That's ridiculous". He said "No, that's not ridiculous.". By this time I was very upset because it seemed to me he was not going to make things right. I asked in a stern, but not rude tone of voice, "What are you going to do?". There was a long silence, and I was concerned that he was trying to blow it off. I repeated the question in a more stern voice and he said "I'm not going to do anything unless I you for being rude. I asked him if he would prefer to talk to my attorney, and he said "Sure, go ahead". And then repeated his demand that I apologize for being rude. I finally apologized and then he let me get back in line and get the car wash I paid for. This jerk is obviously on a power trip and will never get my business again!
