When she asked for an update they caught an attitude and said she wasn't the only customer (words to that effect). When she called a second time they told her their truck had broke down and they couldn't make it. Not even the common courtesy to let her or the insurance company know they're not coming. Strangers had to push her car to a safe location and she called a local tow company to to tow the car. Tow Bully gets two middle fingers up.

I was assigned to this company through State Farm for towing services. After waiting approximately…read morethree hours, I called to inquire about the estimated arrival time. The person I spoke with responded with a very rude attitude, saying, "I'm on my way. I'm not that far from you now, and it's only an estimated time." I calmly asked why he was speaking to me that way. He replied, "If I was giving you an attitude, I'd cancel you." As I began to respond and ask, "You're going to cancel...," he hung up on me before I could finish my sentence and immediately canceled the service request. I called back right away, but my calls were sent directly to voicemail. I'm not sure if he was simply having a bad day, but after reading other reviews, it appears that similar experiences have been reported by other customers. That is concerning, especially when people are already dealing with the stress of needing roadside assistance. In the end, the cancellation was perfectly fine with me. After the way I was treated, I would not have felt comfortable or confident having this company tow my vehicle. I hope this review helps others when considering their options and potentially saves them from a similar experience. On a positive note, I would recommend Wallace Transport LLC for towing services. My experience with them was professional and respectful.
