I am extremely disappointed with the way my family was treated by Finishline Towing. On Tuesday, January 21, 2025, my car got stuck on Pleasant Hill Rd due to the hazardous road conditions caused by the wintery mix. Since I couldn't retrieve it that night, I tried again on January 22, but the road was closed due to unsafe conditions. When I returned this morning, I found out my car had been impounded at Finishline Towing. After contacting the Rockdale Sheriff's Department, I learned my vehicle had been taken there, and I went to pick it up. I was initially told the fee would be $315 in cash. While I was recording my experience on Facebook Live for transparency, the owner appeared irritated by it, which only escalated the situation. The staff treated me and my husband rudely, but what was particularly shocking was when the owner made an insulting, racist comment towards my husband, calling him "snaggie tooth." For context, my husband is a cancer survivor who had to have all his teeth removed due to a condition called osteonecrosis, which developed after his radiation therapy. The comment was not only disrespectful but also deeply hurtful and completely unnecessary. This kind of behavior has no place in any business, and it was shocking to experience such cruelty over a situation that was already difficult for us. I strongly recommend avoiding Finishline Towing. The lack of professionalism, respect, and empathy was beyond disappointing. I will not be returning and hope others avoid the mistreatment we endured. read more

I will recommend this company to everyone I know because of the manager and driver. This towing company is all about customer service. I talked extensively with the manager ( Paul ) during our nightmarish ordeal. We were badly in need of a tow because gas was accidentally put in a diesel fuel vehicle. Since the vehicle was not started with that fuel mixture we were told if we could get to the mechanic shop by a certain time we could get the work done the same day. Paul was able to get us there in a safe and timely manner but the mechanic shop fail to deliver on their word once we were there. With the early part of the day wasted away we were almost out of time to get it done the same day. We asked Paul who just happened to still be at the drop off location and he recommended a better alternative that was able to get the job done same day at a lower price! I think Finish Line Towing is a 5-star service. I called early in the morning on Monday the 16th of january 2023. They are 22 miles from me and they were here in 3o minutes and Derrick quickly attached my non driveable, car on a tow-line and winched it up onto the back of his wrecker-tow truck. He then took it quickly to Discount Tire in Conyers GA, I was very impressed with their speed, effeciency, care for my car, and the attitude of Derrick.
