I called him as a last measure before giving up and he went right over, saying he did small jobs like that in between the big jobs. He took a drawer home, matched the finish and came back and touched up all the cabinet doors, drawers and trim to look amazing. We felt like here was an honest professional who knew what he was doing and wanted to help, not just milk us for as much money as he could get. It was great to find someone we felt we could trust. They showed up promptly and were back the next day to do the work. We had a few boards left over from the original installation (which they had not done). They fit in replacement boards perfectly, cleaned and polished the finish. They noticed a scratch in the floor we had not seen ourselves, and repaired it. Price was very reasonable. From the estimate from Shawn - nicely detailed and reasonable, to the prompt communication from Alicia for the payments, paint delivery, etc., through the painting by David - four rooms done in 2 days with attention paid to prep work, 2 coats of paint and cleaning up - and then the final walk through with Savana - to make sure we were happy with the results. We are very happy with the results. I was also provided with some paint color suggestions and information about choosing paint colors in this area, which was useful. David was a fast and efficient worker - the job was done sooner than I expected as we had different colors of paint - 2 rooms of one color, and then 2 rooms with different colors in each. And the rooms had a fair amount of prep work due to multiple holes and wall anchors in the walls. Such a nice feeling to have new paint on the walls!

Our floors that were guaranteed to last 10-15 years lasted about 2 years. There is whitening in some areas, more shine in some areas and not in others, bubbles and waves where the finish was not applied smoothly and wood pulling away from the wall and showing past the 1/4 round that we needed to install after floors were refinished. The company does not back their employees or their product. I would not recommend them for floor refinishing.
