Soffit beside chimney that was supposed to be included in the $500 bid that they didn't even look at and looks like it might need to be better secured. Picture 4. Before picture of soffit and facia that was included in the $500 bid that were both supposed to be replaced. Picture 5. After picture of facia was replaced however soffit was just nailed back in because they claimed the wood was still good.

Also there are patches they missed painting all together. You can see the old paint thru on the entirety of the walls of both rooms. I specifically asked that they clean the walls well and use a kills primer as the room used to belong to my mother who was a smoker before she passed and this did not happen.
