So I just walked out. Not a word spoken even though I walked right by the room where they were located when I exited and tried to make eye contact.

Instead, I was greeted by a worker who stopped to talk to me about different vodkas. I was given a tasting and introduced to a locally crafted vodka brand, Tower. I was impressed by the flavor and price, so I traded in the bottle I chose and went with Tower instead. Not only did I save a few bucks, but the customer service was outstanding and to top it all off, I had a $5 reward to redeem!
