While the garage did look somewhat better when they finished, it fell well short of what I had described and what I expected for that price.  The organization was minimal, items were not arranged in a neat or cohesive way, and overall it did not reflect the level of detail I was led to believe I would receive. I reached out afterward requesting a partial refund of $150 to reflect the gap between what was promised and what was delivered, but I have not received a response. I would recommend that anyone considering this company get a very detailed, written scope of work upfront--including exactly what will be done and how long they plan to work--so expectations are clear on both sides. Based on my experience, the service did not match the quoted value, and that was disappointing. I now feel that it was a bait and switch encounter.
