They worked through permitting with the city and made sure we had a plan for the landscapers to build against.

We received a bid for a landscape job including plants, the labor to plant them, a timer with about…read more20 feet of hose, and to compost mulch all of the flower beds. The job had problems...A small tractor (a dingo) was used to move the mulch that left deep ruts in the lawn and pathway. Installation of the timer included taking a rock retaining wall partially apart (without asking) and using some of the rocks to loosely stack in front of the unsightly timer contraption that had been rigged up at the front of our home. All of the beds were not mulched. A rock retaining wall adjacent to a bed was heavily infiltrated with mulch that then took us three hours to clean out. There was no communication to allow for any changes in any of the agreed upon details of the original contract. They considered the job complete and were told we could hire them to come back.
