The dentist came in and looked at a single tooth and determined I needed a deep cleaning procedure on the one tooth he looked at and therefore would need to come back for my cleaning. I received an estimate for the one tooth and was escorted out. I was skeptical as I have never had any issues with my teeth, I get cleanings every 6 months and if he had seen this issue wouldn't he have checked the rest of my mouth to see if any other teeth needed this procedure? I really got the impression that the office was running very behind and just needed to relieve the pressure from the schedule. I went to another dentist a few weeks later who did a cleaning. He arrived at that time, only to be told he should have been there at 9:00 AM to complete paperwork--and that there was no longer enough time for his appointment. He rescheduled for Monday. Shortly after, the office called to change the rescheduled time, which was fine. But then they called again to say he had "rescheduled/canceled too many times" and that the dentist was refusing to see him at all. Just be aware--this is the kind of policy and attitude you're dealing with. If anything goes wrong with your timing, even on a first visit, you may find yourself dropped altogether. We've brought our children here multiple times in the past, but after this experience, we won't be returning. I've never encountered such inflexibility in a practice that serves the public. It just doesn't make sense. Thankfully, there are plenty of other dentists out there.

This dental office is horribly run and engages in deceptive billing practices with insurance bait…read moreand switch. Long story short I had insurance when I went in and had them verify it. When appointment was complete I asked how much I owed and they said nothing. A month or so later I got a bill for 150 dollars. Then another month went by and it went to 270 dollars with them not getting back to me on my original inquiry about the first bill. I was a little busy at that point and it took a month or two to follow back up and I asked for visit dates and insurance billing history cause I was going to look into it. After a week or so of looking into it I found out they called my wife behind my back and coerced her into making a payment with them for the full 270 amount. They lied and told her it was for her previous appointment because her insurance was messed up. Very unethical business practice to intentionally deceive husband and wife patients against each other in order to get a bill paid for a couple hundred dollars. Will NOT be going back and looking into options to get this resolved in other ways.
