Again this was a complete tree removal job and everything was hauled away and left clean. If you google the address you can see in the backyard there were 3 huge trees and 5 small ones(before picture) Drive by today and no trees in backyard(after picture). I talked to John himself and he told me he would go look at the tree and call me back for a estimate. After giving me the estimate he said he was booked full and he would be there in a few days to remove the tree. When he got back to the job site he did a full inspection of the tree and said I had more splits in the tree and that I should consider taking more of it down before I had another accident. After the job was done I went to see what kinda job they did and I was more than happy. You couldn't even tell that a tree had falling down what so ever. I hired them to perform a simple job, add a small patch of sod to my back yard on level ground that was already irrigated. What I was left with was a patchy, uneven framework of grass. When I told them it was unsatisfactory they assured me would it "level itself and fill in". That did not happen. So they promised to come back and fix the issue. 6 weeks later nothing has happened and the area looks just as bad as it did day 1. To make it worse, they kept falsely promising week over week that they were going to stop by, even the owner said he would come by to take a look after I called to complain, but each week they no showed prompting me to have to call to reschedule and then reschedule and then reschedule, and so on. Now I don't even get responses. TLDR: Do not use this service. They give landscapers a bad name.
