When questioned, they deflect and defend themselves and blame the CUSTOMER instead of taking responsibility for their laziness and lack of knowledge of their job duties. I don't know how much of their hand I suppose to hold, but I gave their employee documentation from juvenile court, that CLEARLY EXPLAINED that my publication was to be ran for THREE WEEKS! The employee filled out the information, took the payment, even though she was aggravated that she actually had to do some "work" that day. I thought I accomplished my task. When we brought the information back to the court's clerk a few months later, she noticed that the legal notice was only ran for ONE DAY! WE HAD A CRITICAL COURT CASE COMING UP IN 3 DAYS. We needed that to be executed correctly. What did they do? BLAMED ME-the customer, for THEIR ERROR! They "claimed" I asked the ad to be ran for one day. Funny, your employee FILLED OUT THE PAPERWORK from WRITTEN INSTITUTIONS PROVIDED BY THE COURT! Then they claimed they wasn't obligated to help me "choose" he right amount of weeks to run the ad. Funny, ALL OF THAT INFORMATION WAS ON THE PAPERWORK THAT I PROVIDED FROM THE COURT! I asked how long is a "run time". They didn't even know the answer. So I asked how much did I supposed to pay to run the ad. She said (check this dumb shyt out) it's $100 a week. And $300 for 3 weeks. I paid $100. But why did the ad run ONE DAY????? Where are the other SIX DAYS???????? They are incompetent, unprofessional and they initially REFUSED TO REFUND ME! I will post screenshots of their BS momentarily! They are PATHETIC!

My experience with The Times has been excellent. I had placed a memoriam post for my dear sister…read morethat recently passed away. Unfortunately, in error, The Times left off the last sentence which rendered the posting incomplete. Julie Coleman at The Times did a very professional job rectifying the posting, I picked out a color shot of my sister and it was reran the next Sunday and it came out beautiful. I was so pleased as the memoriam for my sister meant so much to me. The Times really did an excellent job! I was very happy with how I was treated, so professionally and with empathy. Mistakes do happen, it's how a company handles them and makes things much better is what really counts. Great Job!
