There is no online form, you have to find a number to call. Trying to navigate through their automated call center is difficult. Finally, I reached a person. I said that I wanted to cancel my subscription. A simple request, I would think. But he kept arguing with me, trying to find out why I wanted to cancel my subscription (apparently my response of "not being able to afford it" was not good enough for him). THIS COMPANY SHOULD WARN POTENTIAL SUBSCRIBERS ABOUT HOW DIFFICULT IT IS TO CANCEL A SUBSCRIPTION WITH THEM.
