Rads now working but boiler running constantly, worked for a week then no heat, called them back they then said the circuit board was faulty. So Waisted £300. It is now three weeks in to the saga and fortunately I am within the 30 day statutory return period if the product is faulty. The whole process has been a nightmare and I have needed to take three days off work. Not a happy bunny!

It turned out to take longer than an hour but in the process he identified another problem which had been causing low water pressure throughout the house for a long time. He fixed that problem in addition to fitting the tap, taking him something over 2 hours all up, but he still only charged us for 1 hour as that was what he'd quoted on the phone. He is a knowledgeable and competent plumber and we'll definitely go back to him in the future.

I have had a leak in my room for the last 4 days, it was meant to be fixed months ago but apparently it's "too difficult to fix" and is "more complicated that it looks". Not for these guys though. I spoke to a lovely chap called Tom on the phone, I then emailed him the problem and my address and within an hour Don was here. He looked at the problem, we discussed how to fix it and then he toddled off to Wicks to by the right bits. 30 minutes later he's back, hammer and nails in hand, cutting perspex, painting, drilling.
