Wow!! Roger Olsen and his crew are not only amazing workers but very professional, courteous, and just down right hard workers! I first saw then while they were involved in another move and I was so impressed that I had to find out just who these workers were and to what company did they belong. After meeting Roger and getting a business card I sent a text message to Roger about my upcoming move. He had a very prompt response and my move was scheduled. I lived in an apartment complex and on the third floor. Roger asked me to have him a 26ft truck at 9:00 am on moving day and he said he would do the rest. I was for sure thinking yeah yeah yeah blah blah blah...but man was I wrong!! Roger was there before 9:00 am with two workers. Roger and his crew man handled my third level apartment going up and down three flights of stairs as if they didn't exist. Not once, not one single time did any of them stop, slow down, or ask for a break!!! From taking down beds to heavy furniture and mattresses to heavy boxes and fragile items these guys never stopped!! They loaded up my third level apartment followed me across town and unloaded the truck and put all beds and mirrors together and my furniture exactly where I wanted again without a break or asking for one!! All of this within six (6) hours of starting at 9:00 am!! When Roger Olsen says to have him a truck and he has the rest...you can bet your money he means it and it will get done!! I am still amazed at him and his crew for how they worked from start to finish getting the job done and without trying to milk the clock for another hour. I'd give 0 stars if I could. Absolutely worst company I've worked with and that's mainly due to the fact that the owner is so rude and condescending. We had an issue with our unloaders at our storage unit, which we immediately made the owner aware of and he was understanding that day. We'll yesterday rolls around, and he was so rude and lacked any sympathy for the situation HIS crew caused. They ruined MANY pieces of our furniture and dented and scratched our washer and dryer set which was in PERFECT condition prior. His workers even removed our covers and we asked them to keep them on. He wants to play the blame game and not take any responsibility whatsoever for his workers or his company. He is unprofessional. I thought we'd have a good experience based off the reviews, but this has been a total nightmare, and the pure neglect to acknowledging the situation is disgusting. I can understand a minor scratch or two, but to have your belongings treated this way is very upsetting. read more

Olsen's was recommended to me by Climate Controlled Storage & UHAUL in Hinesville, GA for help in unloading a truck. I called and spoke with Mr Olsen about getting help. He was so courteous, nice and helpful on the phone. We scheduled a date and time and he said he would have people there to unload. He then called me the afternoon before the scheduled date, to confirm date, time & address. At the scheduled time, two nice young men arrived. They were awesome. They worked hard, rarely slowed down. They unloaded the 20ft truck and my car in less than two hours. They placed items where I wanted, put legs back on furniture, attached mirror to dresser, etc. They were amazing. Super efficient! Olsen's Affordable Company needs to step up their game with a more efficient assembly line to ensure swift and seamless movement. Presently, the process lacks finesse, with items carelessly dragged instead of handled properly. Their $190 per hour rate doesn't match the sluggish pace of $100 per hour for four workers. Improvement is necessary to impress. Their lack of professionalism is evident, complaining after just two hours despite being booked for three to empty a 26ft truck. Taking four hours and moving too slowly doesn't meet industry standards. People may not know any better, but Olsen's Affordable Company falls short of expectations. read more

Roger and his crew were awesome! We had him help us with unload 2 years ago and were so impressed we reached out for this move. In 6 hours Roger and his 2 crew members loaded the 26' Uhaul to the max! The unload was a little more difficult than the loading seeing as how they had 17 stairs to carry heavy furniture, really heavy boxes( too many to count!!), workout equipment and a full set of weights. These guys went nonstop the entire 6-7 hours. I was really impressed once again. If you are moving in the area you can't go wrong with Roger and his crew! Olsen's was super easy to work with. Roger, the owner, was very helpful, prompt and thorough with communication. His team arrived right on time and went right to work loading our moving truck. They were very courteous and hard workers. They took great care with our property and were cautious not not cause damage to walls or doors as they went about their business.
