At one point, my account was deactivated without clear explanation, yet I continued receiving automated messages encouraging me to make appointments. Most concerning, my card was recently charged approximately $240 when my account was apparently reactivated, despite the fact that I never intended to re-enroll or authorize that charge. I had to request a refund for a payment I did not knowingly agree to. As a mature woman simply seeking straightforward medical support and continuity of care, this experience has felt impersonal, confusing, and financially exploitative. Rather than feeling cared for by a healthcare provider, I felt processed through an automated system focused more on billing and subscriptions than actual patient support. I understand that telehealth platforms operate differently from traditional practices, but basic communication, transparency, and informed billing authorization should still be standard.
