Geoff steped in and helped them with their application, and kept constant communication with board and management company, and kept the sale on-track. Without his efforts, it would have taken quite a bit longer to close. These guys are real experts and know the area like few other realtors. Nevertheless, Geoff treated me royally with updates, information, flexibility of plans, and checking in to make sure I was secure and supported for the entire 18 months. All this for a relatively low purchase price/sales commission. He is thoroughly informed on current real-estate, is honest yet gentle and compassionate, and has insight into what clients need. Every unit he chose to show me was a definite potential satisfying the great bulk of my wish-list, and the one he found I purchased is as close to ideal as any realistic buyer could hope for. He also assisted in my finding an effective (and fair-priced) lawyer, an excellent moving company, and neighborhood advice which I'd put in the "above and beyond" category. In fact, if I could sum up the service, I'd title it "Above and Beyond."
