During the estimate he was very concerned with how I found him. I explained online. He continued to tell me about all the work he is doing near me. Luis began to tell me problems he has with the project and wanted to do more work to my home rather than the actual project. When I explained he is not the first contractor that has been here and no one else deemed these issues. Luis then told me why my estimate would be very expensive. Luis went on to argue he has the best warranty. When I told him it was not as good as others, he told me that they must be lying. Luis told me he would email the estimate by the weekend. The finish work of skim coating, crown molding, and paint was expertly done. Raul Pacheco did all of this step-by-step, with an incredible team of craftsmen. It is important to note that before choosing Raul, we did a lot of research and received proposals from many contractors, some of them MUCH more expensive.
