Pipes tnat will only go 30 feet and then clog and freeze. And won't take ownership of the mistake and charging me every time they show up to fix the mistake. In the first week of February it took the guy 6 hours to bang on pipes to find out issue. He had to get the boss to tell him what to do. And now after the pipes get replaced with same grade piping it had back up in same spot and can't use the only shower in my house. They are rude and only care about the money not the customer. I have to replace my bathroom floor because of as they said water damaged from backed up pipes. I will I close pictures I have BBB on his case and lawyers and inspector coming to get this problem fixed. I have a kid here and she can't even use bathroom in her own home because of ProCare plumbing.

Procare Plumber from Elmwood came 3 times and saw no real reason, so ended by saying the problem was caused by our 1950s toilet and we should replace it. They opened a manhole thing in the basement but I think just looked at it. They talked about vent tests and clean-outs but didn't do either of those I think. I said if a new toilet would fix problem than yes I would agree to change it. I requested a standard height (that's 15 inches) toilet because we are shorties. Initially I asked for a round model but was persuaded to go with an elongated model. I said, if it would fit the space i would agree to elongated. I requested a fully skirted model. We got no formal written quote. We got no formal description of the toilet. When i insisted i didn't want to buy a pig in a poke the plumber showed up at the house with a catalogue with a picture and the toilet base which I was able to look at outside my back door, but not being a plumber I couldn't tell much except I could see the skirting I had requested. Still no written specification details for me. I asked if this was a good flusher and was assured oh, yes, they use this in all the businesses etc and it's very reliable. Six days ago they came to install it. The plumber who did the installation did not have the proper tools or supplies and apparently was not told by his office that the scope of the job also included fixing the improperly plumbed vanity sink. He had to go and get more supplies. I said I realised that was not his fault but that it was annoying that the office hadn't told him. The plumber reacted in a very bad tempered and hostile manner and threatened to leave the job without finishing. When he left after installing the toilet and fixing the vanity plumbing I used the new toilet. I immediately knew it was too high so measured it. Yup, they had installed 17inch comfort height, not standard height 15 inches. When I called to complain I was told 17inches was the new standard. The next day I used it again, this time for soft waste. Flushing didn't move it. At all. Eventually we had to resort to a bucket. For six days I have had to use a bucket to flush soft waste. I emailed twice and called several times and they are doing NOTHING to fix the problem. (So far they haven't charged me either but I prefer to pay and get it fixed. Edit: They have now sent an invoice including the price of this dud toilet. I want to pay it ASAP and have done with them so we paid it the very next day. When I take my car in for service I get a more detailed invoice than I got from this company. Not what I would call professional.) I was brushing my teeth this morning and got a foul odour as I bent over the vanity sink. Was that sewer gasses? I don't know, but with a possible sewer gas issue at my vanity sink and a toilet that won't flush soft waste unless you use a bucket, and a plumber that threatens to walk off the job and leave it undone, I know I will never use Procare Plumbing again.
