His business name is MLSiding he said he had a side job of delivering fire wood. I paid for the service of winter fire wood in July of 2023 and he never showed up after numerous attempts to schedule. RCMP advised me to take him to court after he spoke to them about paying me back as I just wanted a refund at that point. I went to court and got a judgment for him to give me my money back.He says he wants to pay but refuses each time I ask for a payment. His response is you can't get blood from a stone you'll get it when I'm good and ready and when I remind him of payment due so interest doesnt grow , he says stop threating and stop harassing me. So if you get him coming to your door he might be taking your money and run as Christmas is close. My docket number for the court judgment for small claims is MSC-375-2023 if anyone wants to look it up but I am done and tired of fighting this scammer for over a year .
