He did get it replaced but after 2 more cuts he sent me a text message that he's gotten too many landscaping jobs and won't be cutting my lawn for the rest of the summer. I asked him BEFORE he started if he could commit to every week. He said YES. Dumping existing clients to pick up new clients is a very stupid way to build your business. If you want someone who will honor their commitment, look elsewhere.
