This time it was to wait for an officer (or two) to escort me and supervise my time int he apartment) which would be under seal till the court declared me an administrator. They again were friendly, professional, and sympathetic. I would have to wait. Unsaid was that this was not a high priority. So I waited. It took many hours, but they were able to free up 2 officers to head over with me. Again the officers who escorted me were friendly and professional. It was appreciated in this trying time.

Today, I received a terrifying threatening call at work from someone who used technology to spoof…read moremy boss's cell phone. This man knew where I was, named my boss and family members, and said he was driving to my office to *get me* NINE calls to 911, 2 calls to the 102nd, and a *Hail Mary* call to the 106th (next closest precinct, no one responded during the 5 hour period I waited Once I was able to safely leave my office (I work alone at a construction office and had to wait for the laborers to return), I went to the precinct to find an empty *prisoner room* and about 7 or 8 police just hanging out eating sandwiches. After 5 minutes of just sitting staring at them, someone finally noticed me. I congratulated them on doing absolutely nothing and left. This is supposed to be the gold standard of law enforcement. Great job NYPD!!
