I use ART therapy, which is similar to EMDR, but more effective for my trauma as well. I was Melissa for this. I have also gotten support with nutritional guidance and some CBT. Equine therapy is also available, but I have not tried it yet. Dr. Leslie has an in-depth understanding of nutrition and has a very holistic approach to mental health. The variety of treatments available here makes it easier to find a personalized approach that truly fits my needs. They support me in my journey toward improved health, respecting my limitations.
