When I took one in for servicing recently, I even learned a few tidbits that I was unaware of. Chad is very knowledgeable and will discuss anything without pressuring. The staff, Michelle, LeAnn, and all the others have always been great. The fabric selection is great, also. If I'm looking for a new gotta have gadget I can always get that from them also.
