He replaced boards as necessary. The job site was cleaned every night and he personally scoured our lawn and driveway for debris and nails everyday. I would absolutely recommend using Garcia Construction over a big roofing outlet because you get much better service, attention to detail, and the owner is on site everyday. Since he uses small crews, his overhead is smaller, saving us $4,000 over other local roofing contractors. And we got a far superior finished product, especially since he was replacing our roof that was installed 14 years ago by a shoddy company.
