Turns out the technician is also a neighbor of mine that I had not met yet. Service was the best, air was on, and I couldn't be more pleased. ACTS is now my go to for AC service.

This review is on behalf of my 80 year old neighbor who had a leaking pipe and an old hvac unit…read morethat WAS working great. Cooper charged her $847 to replace a small section of a 1" pvc pipe with easy access. It would have been $1000 but she signed up for their program to get a discount. After signing up, a tech came out to inspect the HVAC and during his inspection a hole appeared in the coil and all the Freon leaked out. The tech, who I later found out is also a manager there, said that apparently the factory had put a screw in sideways and it punctured the coil so when he unscrewed it, it let the Freon out. So we understand that things can happen but this company just walked away taking zero responsibility leaving my neighbor to have to get the hvac replaced.
