The technicians that come out are absolutely fantastic but according to the manager, Josh, please…read morebe aware that if you buy a brand new air conditioner there is a "60% chance that it will break in the first year." Mine broke in 2 months. It's "just the way it is...not specific to any unit or brand." And the only solution is for them to order the parts and come fix it. $10,000+ and this is the 2nd part that has broken in the 2 months I've had it and it will take 7 days for the part to come in. THEN after a year they will start charging you diagnostic fees for all these repairs. I wish someone had told me ahead of time.

Cooper charged her $847 to replace a small section of a 1" pvc pipe with easy access. It would have been $1000 but she signed up for their program to get a discount. After signing up, a tech came out to inspect the HVAC and during his inspection a hole appeared in the coil and all the Freon leaked out. The tech, who I later found out is also a manager there, said that apparently the factory had put a screw in sideways and it punctured the coil so when he unscrewed it, it let the Freon out. So we understand that things can happen but this company just walked away taking zero responsibility leaving my neighbor to have to get the hvac replaced.
