Coopers is the most bang for your buck. I called them out on a saturday and they came out within an hour of my call. sure I had to pay an extra for after hours but that is small potatoes for the experiance that i got. They sent Jonathan out to check my system out, and he was grand, he took time to walk me through what was wrong with my system and made sure that i was completely aware of all of the issues my systam was having. And so after all of that i came to the conclusion that it was probably best for me to get a new system given that my old one was already 23 years old. So they sent a guy out he gave me a quote and yes it was a significant higher price then what i was expecting but after talking about it i realized how their prices are very reasonable for all of the time that Coopers takes to train their employees sending them out of state to classes to make sure that each one of them is knowkedgable and proffesianal. So I decided to go with their tax credit York system and it works even better then my old one and the installers that installed were the most kindest and skilled tradesmen that i have ever met. overall Coopers is the best value for your money comapered to all of the other leading comoanies with drug tested background checked trained and skilled techs, I thank Jonathan C for coming out and starting my Wonderfull Coopers experience. read more

Our AC system went down on a Sunday morning. I called Cooper's at 7:00 am and was immediately greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable individual. He took my information and within an hour I received another call from Cooper's. Another friendly and knowledgeable employee took the specifics of my problem and set up an appointment for a tech to come and take a look. The tech would have been there on Sunday but I suggested Monday due to my schedule. An HVAC tech named Nathan showed up. He was super friendly and very professional. With other HVAC companies over the years, I experienced guys smoking on my front porch and using undesirable language around my children. But Nathan was not only professional, he wore disposable shoe covers. He quickly diagnosed my problem (a Capacitor) and also added insulation to a copper pipe that wasn't wrapped properly. Call Coopers up on a Sunday because my air conditioner was broken. They came out within an hour and diagnosed the issue that my unit was out of refrigerant. Terrible situation to be in but the technician recommended. I change out my air conditioner. They immediately sent out Joshua C and he came out within the hour, show me multiple options and allowed me to pick out which one had the best value for my needs. Prices were clear and upfront and they were able to change out my air conditioner the very next day and in the meantime, left me with window unit so I was not hot. Highly recommend Coopers. Worst thing ever is having pipes under your sink that are constantly giving you problems. I called in and the nice person that answered Trisha was very quick to get all my information and dig into what I needed done. She said I'd have someone out that day! And that they would update me through out the day since they couldn't give me a time. And after being called and text a few times by neisy I finally got a call that plumber was on the way!!
