Working with people is an investment on many levels. Especially when you serve the public, it involves investing energy, care and time to give each person the kind of aid they need to be able to work through the day.
Those who work in service always make the investment of time, as that is what it takes for care providers to give quality service on a constant and consistent basis.
When it comes to seeing a doctor, one of the most unnerving parts of the process is waiting (one of my least favourite activities in life).
I've been a patient of Dr. O' Brien's for over twenty years.
I've seen clients come and go, but he's always there, in his office, working hard, diligently taking care of every person that requests his attention. He sees everyone that has an appointment and will not leave the centre until every scheduled client is seen. I'm not going to kid, you will have to wait a few minutes, maybe even more than an hour, but he will return your understanding of the job that he does by providing you with a quality assessment of your health, a thorough examination based on your needs and what you ask to be looked at and will do that with respect for your body.
It's no wonder so many people refer to him as their family doctor, because that's how he treats all his patients -- like they're his family.
Seeing him is well worth the wait. read more
