If they had said from the start: "Actually, this job wont be done this winter. Mid-spring is more like it" then we would have planned accordingly. But every month was another delay. Some of their work was done well but other things were not, and we requested them to be corrected when significant. The work was fairly routine, new vanities and tile flooring. After one year I had a problem with one of the toilets. When you can move the toilet by hand something is wrong . When I removed the toilet to check it out and replace the wax ring I discovered that one of the " closet " bolts was never installed properly. George started working on various interior projects a week after we moved in. He worked a solid two weeks. He started off by doing upgrades and repairs to our three bathrooms. He then replaced ugly carpeting on two sets of stairs and replaced hardwood stairs. This included staining and and putting two coats of polyurethane on the stairs. What was once a major eyesore is now beautiful, to say the least. George is very professional and does solid work. Even better than that his prices are fair. He charged us for his inefficiencies. His install was poor and the lights started to fall with-in a couple weeks. It was clear to us that this was his first attempt of something like this. He ignored all calls and emails to address the situation when the lights started to fail. He picked up this project from a Home Depot service request. I would not recommend this individual for the fact that once the "work" is complete he is not responsive. We felt like we were conned.
